LEC - VideoManagerEL Export/Download Process
Export your event into VideoManagerEL
Make sure you select the second option down, “Download with downloader.”
If you get this popup at the top of your screen, check the box that reads “Always allow mowerso…” then click “Open ELExportDownloader.
The export downloader will come up, this will be a 3-step process.
- Click Browse
- Select Downloads
- Click Select Folder
Next click “Download”
The start and end time will fluctuate. You will know the export is done when you see this message with the “Total Time.”
Simply close out of this window now
Follow the last two steps to retrieve your download.
- Open File Explorer
- Click on downloads on the left-hand side.
The video should be there now.
*Also make sure you delete that export from your downloads section when finished so the computer’s hard drive does not run out of memory. *
