How to use the MOCO (AppStore)

Go to your desktop and look for the MOCO shortcut/icon, it should look like this.
- Double click on the icon to open the Appstore
- If you do not have the shortcut, open your web browser and go to https://portal.manage.microsoft.com/apps
- You should see a Microsoft login screen like the image below
- Click on your account to proceed

If it is blank, type in your county email. You may also be asked for your computer password.
- Your home screen should look like something below, and you just need to click on “All apps” to expand and see everything.
- If you see apps proceed to step 14

If you see nothing follow these next steps
- Click on the top left at what looks like a hamburger

- Select “Devices” in the new window that comes up

Here you should see your device that is assigned to you

Check the label on your computer to make sure you see it like it shows below
Next click on the gray box


- Select the device that matches the name on your computer label then click “Select”
If done correctly, the gray border should say the name of the device software will install on

- Now simply click at the top left MOCO logo to return home

You should now see all the apps you can install
14. Click on “All apps” to see the full list

- Scroll and click on the software you wish to install on your computer
- It will bring you to a final page you just need to click “Install”

If it is your first time installing something, you may see a popup that is asking to allow and agent

Click the box to “Always allow” and then click “Open.”
You will not see this message again the next time you need to install something from the Appstore.
